An Immersive and Live
Experience

An immersive storytelling session for children from 4 to 9 years old with published British author and ex BBC television director Brendan Sheppard.

Brendan combines technology and a love for stories to bring books to life. Excellent for engaging reluctant readers and sparking a passion for stories in children.

Small Groups

Small groups run at scheduled times each week. The groups provide a fun way to share stories, encourage interactive conversation, whilst still allowing individual attention for each student due to the small class sizes.

Class Times/Dates

4 to 6 year olds -

every Friday at 4pm OR Saturday at 9am UK

7 to 9 year olds -

every Friday at 4.30pm OR Saturday at 9.30am UK

 

Session duration: 30 minutes

Every class is also recorded and can be sent on request to students for them (or their parents) to watch again in their own time if they so wish.

Meet the Teacher

Brendan is a published author of the Magical Maggie series of children’s books, he is a university lecturer and an ex BBC TV director. A father of two young children himself, Brendan is great at engaging and inspiring young children to share his love of books and stories. Not forgetting of course Brendan’s friends, Tull and more, who join him to bring books to life!

What is the Cost?

One 30 minute session a week costs 25 Euros per month

 

(Pro rata costing available for start dates mid way through a month)

What does the Programme Cover?

In each session Brendan will share a book. He will read aloud, encourage questions and interaction and bring the story to life through different voices and technology.

How is it Delivered?

Storytime is delivered online from the comfort of your own home (or whereveryou may be that day). Once enrolled, you will receive a password to log on tothe class from your computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.

 

All you need is a WiFi connection.
