FAQ

Get answers to common questions about our reading programme. Can't find what you're looking for? Our support team is always happy to help.

Yes! Our programme is designed for both native and non-native speakers. All lessons use clear pronunciation, visual cues and a step-by-step structure — perfect for children learning English as an additional language.

Is this suitable for non-native English speakers?

Many children with dyslexia or other learning needs benefit from phonics-based teaching. Our programme is multi-sensory, repetitive and easy to follow — helping to build confidence at your child’s own pace. We are an inclusive organisation, and will always meet every child as an individual and find the best tools and strategies to support their learning. If you’d like more guidance at any stage, our team is happy to advise.

What if my child has dyslexia or learning difficulties?

Yes. You’re free to cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I cancel at any time?

As soon as children are set up on a computer or tablet (younger ones may need help with this), the programme is carefully designed so they can progress independently, without needing adult supervision. That said, we always recommend that younger learners have an adult nearby for support if and when needed — especially during the first few sessions.

How much adult supervision is required?

You can access the programme on most devices — laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone. However, for the best interactivity and viewing, a smartphone is not ideal on a regular basis.

What devices can we use?

We’re not just another app. This subscription gives you access to three, award-winning complementary programmes based on proven UK methods. All content is developed by British-qualified teachers and experts. Unlike apps, we also offer real human support to help and guide you every step of the way
